- Must have the ABILITY TO PAY for the house.
- Must be WILLING TO PARTNER with White Sands Habitat for Humanity.

Sweat Equity
- 300 volunteer hours working on the construction of your home and the homes of others.
These hours will be put in on the construction site. However, we are able to make accommodations for those who have physical restrictions
